Shipping and Payments
When will my order ship?
After your payment is verified, it takes up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 2 pm CEST will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 2 pm CEST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.
How long do I have to wait for my order?
You will get it sooner than you think! We try to send all order as quickly as possible, Monday till Friday. There might be some slight delays, depending on how far from us you live, but nothing drastic. In the EU you will get the package in up to 5 working days, in the rest of the world you will have to wait around 12 working days.
What are the shipping options?
FREE SHIPPING for all orders!
Germany - DHL Courier (2-3 working days)
Rest of the EU - UPS / DHL / DPD / PPL Courier (2-5 working days)
Rest of the World - Postal Service (7-14 working days)
SAME DAY order shipment on orders made before 2 pm CEST!
The shipment is fully traceable with tracking number sent in Confirmation email after dispatching.
How can I pay for my order?
You can pay with PayPal, Credit/Debit Card or the Standard Bank Transfer.
I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please CONTACT US immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
My order status says "unfulfilled". What does that mean?
"Unfulfilled" just means that we successfully received your order! Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number and your order status will change to "Fulfilled."
Why was my order cancelled?
If your order was unexpectedly cancelled, chances are that our fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent. If you are certain that that is not true, please order again with a PayPal account. If you do not have PayPal, you can easily sign up at www.PayPal.com
