Shipping Info

We ship all over the world and deliver the goods in 2-14 working days depending on your country and delivery method. Our orders are delivered Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm. Express delivery is available in EU if you need something right away or if you are really bad at waiting!

All of our products are shipped from warehouse located in the Czech Republic, European Union.

 

Duties & Taxes

All the taxes are fully paid by us no matter where you live, so you don’t have to worry about it.

If you live inside EU, import duties will not be applied to your order.

If you live outside of European Union, import duties might be applied according to your country’s laws and custom fees. We are actively working on making these import duties obsolete.

 

Order Tracking

After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail with order details and after we send it, another e-mail with shipment tracking. If you will have any problems with your order, please contact us at info@blackshores.com.

Order Cancelling

Because we usually ship on the same day, you have to contact us in the first two hours after order to cancel.
